I cannot believe the last time I blogged was over two months ago! Well, actually I can:) 2012 was a wonderful year for my business (a HUGE thank you to all my wonderful clients!!), but I had to let something go for a while and blogging was it! Well, I am back! This post is full of adorable newborns from September through December. Thank you all for the opportunity to capture your sweet babies! If you are expecting a new little one, I would love to talk to you about a session!
This was taken on a warm fall day…..I am anxiously waiting for spring and green:)
I am anxiously waiting to photograph this little one!
Well, my baby boy turned SIX last week! I cannot believe it! His previous birthdays have always been a little bittersweet for me, but not this one! He is such an awesome kid and we enjoy him a little more every day!
He picked a Lego/Lego Ninjago theme for this party and it was so much fun to prepare for!
We had a friend party as the gym and it was so fun to watch all the boys together, all 16 of them!
The next day we had a family get together at my Grandma’s house, she always loved to entertain, so she was so happy to have us there!
We had a guess the lego contest
Decorated nun chucks
Of course we had to have a pinata! When I couldn’t find what I was looking for, or should I say, was too cheap to buy one, I made this one. It held up much better then I thought:)
I made almost everything for Elias’ party, but not his cake. His cake was made my Emy Lou Cakery in Williston, check out her facebook page!
These group shots are becoming a favorite of mine, this pretty much describes how things go-haha!
As I was working on this adorable little man’s order tonight, I was reminded just how far behind on blogging I am. I photographed Sawyer when he was 10 days new and now he is already a month old! They change and grow so fast and this is one reason I love photographing newborns so much, it is such a fleeting stage. Also, and maybe the biggest reason is that I LOVE babies, I love everything about them: how tiny they are, how they smell, the sweet baby noises, their fuzzy hair, the list could go on and on!
Will you look at him, isn’t he sweet! I loved his cheeks!
Big brother even got in a few photos! I loved talking with him during the session, he is so cute!
I am always so excited when I get the chance to photograph these adorable girls and this time it was a bonus to capture some family portraits too!
