This sweet little baby traveled over an hour to see me and I am so happy she did! She was such a great little model and of course I loved snuggling her.
She had the most perfect lips!
Look at these sweet baby cheeks!

Here she is, my beautiful new niece, Elise! It is amazing how when a new baby arrives, it doesn’t take long and it feels as though they have always been here! She fits in just perfectly with her big sisters and they certainly adore her. We are so happy to be living in Williston and that we will be able to watch her grow and for Julia to have a little playmate. Photographing Elise was such a blessing to me as I did not do photography when my other nieces were born, this session was extra special. She was such a great little model, here are just a few pictures. I am looking forward to many more sessions with her! Watch for my other adorable nieces on the blog too, they all have birthday sessions coming up.
I had so much fun photographing this family. It has been so windy around here lately, but we lucked out with a great night! I had a very hard time narrowing down the photos for this post…I had so many favorites!
These three kids were all so awesome, but something about this little lady just stole my heart! I love three year olds!
They had such great outfit choices too!
As much as I love a good portrait with everyone looking at the camera, I just LOVE this one too!
Mom and Dad wanted some shots together and I always love the opportunity to photograph parents together! Aren’t they a gorgeous couple?
Francetich family, thank you for the opportunity to capture your family! I hope you enjoy these photos!

What you need:
– A DSLR camera ( a digital camera that allows you to switch lenses).
Here’s a general list of popular DSLR camera’s:
Good: Canon Digital Rebel T3, Canon Digital Rebel T2i, Nikon D3000, Nikon D5100 ($500-$650 with kit lens)

Best: Canon Canon 7D, Canon 5D MarkII, Nikon D300, Nikon D7000, Nikon D700 ($1500-$2500 body only)
A kit lens is the lens that most likely came with your camera. If you really want to step up your game, consider purchasing a 50mm 1.8 lens. This is not required, but I think you will really love how your pictures look when using it and it is awesome to learn with! Cost is just over $100 for this type of lens. I am not a Nikon user, but I do know that there are two models of the f/1.4 lens. Autofocus is not supported with the f/1.4D on the D40, D60, D3000, and D5000 camera bodies. Two online equipment stores I like to recommend are B&H Photo, and Adorama. I will have one extra Canon model available that participants may trial.

Isn’t she sweet! Harper was so much fun to photograph. She was so full of expressions and I loved all the outfit choices her mom came with!
This sweet little dress was actually her Grandmothers as a baby! I was so excited when her mom pulled it out during her session.
