Neighbors

This adorable family lives right behind us and we have been fortunate to become friends over the years, what a gift!  The first set of pictures was take a month ago or so.  Kelton’s 2nd birthday is in November, so we decided to do the session while it was warm.  He was getting a tooth, so he was pretty serious, but still adorable!

I LOVE Kelton’s face on the picture on the right….that must have been one sour apple:)

These next few pictures were taken on a gorgeous evening a couple weeks ago.   Since the fall colors were only around for such a brief time, we were lucky to capture a few fall photos.

A few of my own kiddos!

This has been such a busy fall.  I have been enjoying my days with the kids as well as staying busy with photos!   Of course I take a ton of photos of these two, but many of them sit in folders on my computer until they get into their yearly books:)  These are a few favorites from a recent evening outside:)

This guy will be 5 in less than a month

and I can’t believe she will be three months on the 21st….time goes too quickly!

Kyah and Chloee

While we were in Williston a couple weeks ago visiting family, I had the chance to meet up with these sweet twins for a session.  Their mom had the cutest outfits for them and we had such a great time!   I had to pick these images at random because I had SO many favorites….these two are just too CUTE!

Belle & Lila

Last weekend, I spent the day in Grand Forks shopping with my sister and Julia and I also met up with these two sweet girls!  I photographed Belle last summer, shortly before she turned four and it was so fun to see her again, just before she turned five.  This time, she has her new sister Lila along for a few photos as well and it was clear she adored her!  Here are just a few favorites of mine, I had a hard time narrowing down for this post.

A little of what Elias has been up to this summer

I just downloaded a ton of personal images taken this summer between my camera and our point and shoot (so don’t mind the quality on some of these:)).  Summer is flying by and we are waiting to welcome our new baby any day now.

A friend of ours gave Elias this baby to practice his big brother skills:)  He was most interested in learning how to give the baby a bath and get it dressed.

One Saturday morning, we attended a steam roller painting event.  Elias really enjoyed it!

When he was done, he was able to bring home is stamped and numbered original print….just like an artist.

Next up, face painting…..Elias was so excited to have his face painted like Spiderman.

Elias loves to eat breakfast on the deck.

He has learned to use his new Razor scooter well and has made it all the way to the park and back with us.  He has done lots of bike riding this summer too.

We went raspberry picking last week and now are enjoying lots of tasty treats!

We have also done a lot of swimming, swimming lessons, soccer, and a ton of playing super hero figures; I haven’t gotten to those photos yet!   This summer has been wonderful so far.  I love being Elias’ mom and cannot wait to be a mom to two, I can’t imagine life getting much better than this, but I think it is about to as our family grows!
